This Tax Policy explains how sales tax is handled for purchases made on TrendBloomHub.com when the shipping address is located within the United States. It describes when and how sales tax is collected, how it appears at checkout, and what to do for tax-related questions or refunds.

1. When We Collect Sales Tax

We collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in U.S. states where TrendBloomHub has a sales tax obligation (“nexus”). Nexus may be established through:

  • Having a physical presence

  • Using a third-party warehouse or fulfillment center

  • Marketplace facilitator requirements

  • Other activities as defined by state law

If your shipping address is in a state where sales tax applies, the appropriate state and local sales tax will be calculated and added to your order at checkout.

2. How Sales Tax Is Calculated

Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and the applicable state and local tax rates at the time of purchase.

  • The tax amount will be displayed separately in your shopping cart and at checkout before you complete payment.

  • Product prices displayed on our website do not include sales tax; applicable taxes are added during checkout.

3. Marketplace Facilitator and Third-Party Sellers

If you purchase items fulfilled by a third-party seller or marketplace facilitator through TrendBloomHub, that marketplace may be responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax.

In such cases, sales tax will still appear at checkout and be collected according to the marketplace’s own tax policies.

4. Exemptions and Resale Certificates

If you are exempt from sales tax (for example, if you hold a valid resale certificate or other exemption), you must provide a valid exemption certificate to TrendBloomHub before making your purchase.

Exemption certificates are reviewed and accepted at our discretion and in accordance with state regulations.

To submit your exemption certificate, please email our Tax Support team at tax@trendbloomhub.com with a scanned copy of your certificate and order details.

5. Sales Tax Refunds and Returns

If you return an item and are eligible for a refund, the portion of sales tax attributable to the returned merchandise will also be refunded, in accordance with state law.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on state regulations and the nature of the refund.

6. Out-of-State Orders and Use Tax

If your order is shipped to a state where TrendBloomHub does not collect sales tax, you may still be required to pay use tax directly to your state tax authority.
Please check your local tax laws to ensure compliance.

7. Order Invoices and Tax Documentation

An itemized invoice, including any sales tax charged, will be emailed to you with your order confirmation.
Copies of invoices and tax documents are also available in your account order history.

If you need additional tax documentation, please contact tax@trendbloomhub.com with your order number and request.

8. Changes to This Policy

TrendBloomHub may update this Tax Policy at any time to reflect changes in tax laws or business operations.
When updates are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.
Major changes may also be communicated via email.
